Also arriving in February is the 9th studio album from the Brazilian metal band Angra. Their new album titled "Omni" is an 11-track concept piece, revolving around the idea of artificial intelligence allowing the human perception of time travel. They begin with the high energy of "Light Of Transcendence" as their sound has a nostalgic, classical feel added to their brand of heavy metal. Angra hook you in with the sonic amazement of "Travelers Of Time" as you continue to follow the album's futuristic concept. The grand chorus of "Insania" and the classic thrash metal appeal of "War Horns" displays the diversity within the band's sound. Angra finish up their new album with the Brazilian flair of "Caveman," the mainstream prog-rock feel of "Magic Mirror" and the classical instrumental "Infinite Nothing." Arriving on February 23rd is the debut release from We Sell The Dead. The band has formed from the idea of delivering a more story-oriented outlet for heavy metal music, using multi-media to enhance the experience. Their debut album titled "Heaven Doesn't Want You And Hell Is Full," features 9-tracks that have a Victorian inspired story about Jack The Ripper, beginning with the salesman at "The Body Market." The music kicks in with the nostalgic, 70's sounding heavy metal appeal of "Echoes Of An Ugly Past" and the guitar buzz of "Leave Me Alone" as We Sell The Dead sound as if they are veterans in creating exciting heavy metal music. All members arrived together from other bands including HIM and In Flames, but have quickly found the perfect chemistry for creating this new music. The album continues with the more mainstream rock of "Turn It Over" and the ballad of "Too Cold To Touch," before finishing with the sonic blast of "Pale And Perfect" and the burning ballad "Silent Scream."
